Everton To Celebrate 'Supporters' Club Day'

Saturday’s home fixture against Burnley will see Evertonians celebrate ‘Supporters’ Club Day’ where members of the Blues’ officially-affiliated supporters’ clubs will come together to represent their respective branches at Goodison Park.

The matchday will also see the launch of the ‘Supporters’ Club Cycle Challenge’ that will take place in the close season with 23 members of the Supporters’ Club network from across the country covering the 230 miles from Sligo to Liverpool to raise funds for the Under-23s ‘Home Is Where The Heart Is’ campaign.

Following the success of the ‘We are Everton’ Sunderland to Goodison Supporters’ Club cycle challenge in 2013, the Supporters’ Club network are back out on the road to assist David Unsworth and his team to reach their fundraising target of £230,000 to develop a supported living initiative for young people in Liverpool, delivered by Everton in the Community.
