Everton winger Yannick Bolasie is using his childhood idol Ronaldo as inspiration as he continues his long recovery from a season-ending injury.
Bolasie faces the prospect of another 10 months on the sidelines after rupturing his cruciate ligament against Manchester United in December.
The 27-year-old, who joined Everton in a club record £29million deal from Crystal Palace last summer, admits the injury is a major setback in his career at Goodison Park.
However, Bolasie is determined to remain a positive outlook throughout his recovery and sees Ronaldo as the perfect example to follow.
