Everton are close to completing a £42million double-deal for Davy Klaassen and M’Baye Niang, according to reports.
Klaassen underwent a medical at the club’s Finch Farm training ground today after the Toffees agreed a £26million fee with Ajax.
Niang meanwhile, was also in attendance for a medical, following positive talks with Everton’s director of football Steve Walsh and club representatives from AC Milan.
The incoming recruits are set to join Jordan Pickford on Merseyside after the Sunderland goalkeeper completed a £30million transfer – a record for a British goalkeeper.
Everton also remain keen on Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson, Michael Keane of Burnley and Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez.
