Everton are looking to sign AZ Alkmaar captain Teun Koopmeiners, who is thought to be available for around £12million, according to The Sun.
The Toffees' director of football Marcel Brands is said to be a big fan of Koopmeiners, who has been an important part of the team who were giving Ajax a run for their money in the Dutch league this season.
AZ Alkmaar were level on points with Ajax at the top before the Eredivisie was scrapped, only behind on goal difference.
