Everton midfielder James McCarthy is facing another three weeks out after tearing a hamstring in training.
The 25-year-old had only just returned to fitness after a hernia operation, but suffered a small tear as Everton coaching staff increased his workload in training last week.
Manager Ronald Koeman criticised Republic of Ireland counterpart Martin O'Neill for playing McCarthy in two World Cup qualifiers earlier this month, accusing O'Neill of 'killing' his player after Everton's medical department said McCarthy had been 'massively overloaded'.
He said: 'Play him for 45 minutes, 60 minutes, but not 95 minutes after five to six weeks out.
