Marco Silva says Everton’s FA Cup exit at Millwall is a “big frustration” – and his side needed to be “more mature” to overcome their Championship hosts.
Everton twice hit the front at The Den only to be quickly pegged back by the dogged home side.
“[It is a] big frustration, a disappointing afternoon for us as a club,” Silva told evertontv.
“We were favourites before the match and I told you we needed to prove it on the pitch.
“We knew it would be difficult, it is always difficult here, a good crowd.
