Everton manager Ronald Koeman has spent time away from the training ground to pay a visit to Seamus Coleman in his native Ireland, as the full-back embarks on his long road to recovery from injury.
Coleman has undergone successful surgery after sustaining a double fracture of his right tibia following a reckless tackle from Neil Taylor during the 0-0 draw with Wales in Dublin last month.
The Republic of Ireland captain is expected to miss at least six months, and in a bid to keep morale high ahead of what will undoubtedly be a lengthy period of frustration for the former Sligo Rovers defender, Koeman was on hand to lift his spirits.
