Gerard Deulofeu has been told he must improve by AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella.
The Spaniard joined the Italian side on loan until the end of the season from Everton in January.
Deulofeu has made three appearances since sealing his move to the San Siro but his new boss is keen to see more from the winger.
'He clearly has quality,' Montella told Milan TV.
'He needs to grow in terms of being consistent during the game and he needs to be more decisive.
