Sam Allardyce has revealed Everton have recently rejected ‘a number of enquiries’ for out-of-favour players, believed the include Sandro Ramirez and Dany Klaassen.

The Toffees duo both arrived at the Merseyside club in the summer but have struggled to impress in the Premier League.

Former Barcelona striker Sandro has made just eight league appearances this season since joining from Malaga for £5.2million.

Meanwhile, Dutch midfielder Klaassen – a £23.6million signing from Ajax - has featured only four times.

Allardyce has admitted he is keen to reduce his bloated squad by offloading a number of players before Wednesday’s 11pm deadline, but as yet no satisfactory offers have come in.
