Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles in the stands to watch former club Atletico Madrid end Leicester's fairytale

Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles was all smiles as he toasted Atletico Madrid's progress in the Champions League at Leicester City on Tuesday night.

The former Atletico stopper was at the King Power Stadium to witness the 1-1 draw against the Premier League champions, which was enough to seal a 2-1 aggregate victory over Craig Shakespeare's side.

Robles took to Instagram in the aftermath of the quarter-final second leg to take a selfie in the stands, with the pocket of travelling Atletico supporters behind him.

The 6ft 5in keeper was wrapped up in the Midlands, sporting a rather elaborate scarf and black coat as he returned to the scene of a 2-0 victory for the Blues earlier this season, with the Spaniard congratulating his compatriots in his native tongue.
