The Black Cats star has been a breakout performer and, had it not been for his saves, the club would have been relegated sooner without him. He deserves top-flight football as he shows international ambition and the Toffees are a likely destination given he would be a big upgrade on both Joel Robles and Maarten Stekelenburg. His £30m price tag is, though, a little hefty.

The English full-back is getting on and not as dynamic as he once was down the flank but he’s still a trusty performer for the Toffees; he could get competition from Brendan Galloway, though.
