Former Everton star Leon Osman has told talkSPORT he believes Theo Walcott could be a key player for the club should he sign from Arsenal.

The jet-heeled forward hasn’t started a Premier League game this campaign but has got three goals and two assists in five Europa League matches.

Speculation this winter has linked him with both a return to Southampton, where he started his career, and Everton, with new manager Sam Allardyce keen to add pace to his forward line.
