Ronald Koeman is ready to instigate a January clear out to re-shape his Everton team.
The hard line Dutch coach has been unimpressed by his under-performing squad and wants five new players.
Midfielder James McCarthy, striker Oumar Niasse and winger Aiden McGeady are among the front line candidates to go but Everton will listen to offers for most fringe players.
Koeman also has concerns about the age of his squad with Gareth Barry, Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines over 30 while the inconsistency of homegrown Ross Barkley means Everton are also in the market for a playmaker.
