Everton 4-0 Hull: Romelu Lukaku smashes late double after Dominic Calvert-Lewin scores first Blues goal to add to Enner Valenica strike in easy win

Everton moved above Manchester United into sixth place in the Premier League after overcoming a stubborn Hull side as goals from Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Enner Valencia and a Romelu Lukaku double secured all three points at Goodison Park.

Calvert-Lewin gave the hosts the lead with his first Premier League goal on his second start, after good work between Ross Barkley and Tom Davies presented the 20-year-old with a simple tap-in after eight minutes.

Sam Clucas had a glorious chance to level for Hull after a mistake from Ashley Williams but the midfielder could only knock the ball onto the top of the net, and the Tigers' hopes of rescuing anything from the game were severely hampered when Tom Huddlestone was shown a straight red card for a foul on Romelu Lukaku.
