Everton 1-3 Manchester City: Citizens set up chance to win Premier League title against Manchester United

Manchester City are just one win away from the Premier League title after seeing off Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park.

Pep Guardiola's side ran rampant from kick-off and all-but sealed the three points before half-time through goals from Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling.

David Silva was in fine form against the Toffees and grabbed two assists. The Spaniard first crossed in for Sane to open the scoring after just four minutes, the German striking a sublime volley perfectly into the bottom corner. Kevin De Bruyne then put it on a plate for Jesus to head in City's second, before Silva beat the offside trap and sent in a perfect pass for Sterling to finish past Jordan Pickford from close-range.
