Everton 0-0 Liverpool: Toffees hold Jurgen Klopp's side as Merseyside derby ends in goalless stalemate

Everton held Liverpool to a 0-0 draw in the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park on Saturday.

Jurgen Klopp's side dominated possession and had more efforts on goal but could not find a way through.

Klopp made five changes to his starting XI ahead of the second leg against Manchester City in the Champions League quarter-finals on Tuesday night.

The draw leaves Liverpool in third and Everton in ninth.
