Everton Under-23s assistant coach John Ebbrell says he is impressed by the goalscoring prowess of in-form midfielder Harry Charsley this season.
The young Blues are in Premier League Cup action tonight when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at AFC Telford.
Having scored the third goal in the 3-0 success over Reading at Goodison Park last time out, Charsley is now the Under-23s’ leading goalscorer with eight to his name including two in his last two games, and Ebbrell has hailed his contribution to the side.
David Unsworth’s charges sit atop the Premier League 2 table and are well placed in Group D of the Premier League Cup, with two wins from three games.
