Besiktas are pushing to sign Everton's Dele Alli on a either a loan or permanent transfer, according to reports.
The 26-year-old joined the Toffees in January but seems to be heading for the exit door already, keen to carve out regular play-time at a new club.
Aware that he may not feature in Frank Lampard's immediate plans at Goodison Park, the Everton chiefs are reportedly granting Alli the decision as to whether he ultimately stays or goes.
Turkish reports claim that the former England international is set for a season-long loan to Besiktas, but a permanent transfer is also on the table according to Fabrizio Romano.
