Danny Murphy has backed Sean Dyche to get the best out of Dele Alli at Everton given the former Burnley boss' non-nonsense attitude.
Dele returned to Goodison Park at the end of the previous campaign after picking up an injury on loan at Besiktas in Turkey.
It has been a startling fall from grace for one of England's brightest talents, having struggled to replicate the hugely impressive performances he put in at Tottenham for a number of years.
On his return from Turkey Dele's reputation plummeted further after being pictured with nitrous oxide canisters and booze in April, adding to the speculation over his future at Everton under Dyche.
