David Unsworth and Tony Bellew have both been named winners of the Chairman’s Blueblood Award for 2017.
As is customary at the annual end-of-season event, Bill Kenwright awards his own personal accolade to someone within the Blues family that he wishes to personally thank for their outstanding contribution to the Club.
And this year, the Chairman felt there were two candidates worthy of scooping the prestigious prize.
Everton Under-23s coach Unsworth has been recognised after steering the young Blues to the Premier League 2 title this season.
Goodison favourite Unsworth has enjoyed a long association with the Football Club, dating back to before he made a first-team debut in 1992, aged 18.
