Everton Football Club and Everton in the Community have been nominated for a total of six prizes at the 2016 Football Business Awards.
The Blues have been recognised in a number of areas for projects undertaken throughout the 2015/16 season.
They are:
- Best Club Marketing Initiative (Premier League) – For the record-breaking Season Ticket campaign – Nothing Will Be The Same.
- Best Fan Engagement By Club – For Everton’s partnership work with its Fans’ Forum
- Best Match Day Experience – For Junior Fan Day 2015
- Best Non-Match Day Use Of Venue – For Tony Bellew’s WBC title fight at Goodison Park
- Best Football Community Scheme (Premier League) – For Everton in the Community
- Best Corporate Social Responsibility Scheme - For being the first football club to appoint a Neighbourhood Manager and the work the Club and charity do in the Blue Mile
Now in its fifth year, the Football Business Awards celebrate excellence and acknowledge the unsung heroes working tirelessly behind the scenes to shape the football industry.
