Besiktas chairman Fikret Orman has revealed a deal has not yet been struck with Everton to complete the signing of Cenk Tosun.
The Merseysiders believed they were on the verge of sealing a £25million swoop for the striker, but the Turkish club then increased their asking price to £27m over the weekend.
Speaking at signing ceremony for the Turkish club's new player Domagoj Vida, Orman revealed he has turned down a superior offer from a Chinese Super League club for Tosun.
