After Juventus upset supporters by ditching their crest - but they are far from the first to fall out with fans in adopting modernised badges

Italian champions Juventus launched their new club crest on Friday night, calling their much maligned re-design: 'A symbol of the Juventus way of living.'

It was certainly bold — tearing up a badge that supporters had grown used to in favour of appealing to new markets with a minimalist stylised black and white 'J'.

Juve are just the latest in a line of clubs to ruffle feathers with a re-brand, though. Here, Sportsmail recalls some of the most memorable fall-outs.
