DES MOINES, Iowa – Freshman Haley Woolf registered her fifth home run of the season as the University of Evansville softball team fell by a 7-2 final in the regular season finale at Drake. Box Score (PDF) Evansville (19-29, 9-16 MVC) posted two hits on the day as Woolf hit a homer and Eryn Gould added a hit and a walk. Lindsay Renneisen and Katie McLean also reached via the free pass. Emily Lockhart gave up six earned runs in three frames in the circle while Ashleigh Downing had a solid effort in relief, giving up just one run and four hits in three innings.
