EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Behind the efforts of redshirt freshman forward Paige Radel, the University of Evansville women's soccer team is partnering with Samaritan's Feet for Sunday's regular season home opener against Indiana at Arad McCutchan Stadium.
Samaritan's Feet is a humanitarian aid organization that serves and inspires hope by providing shoes to those in need around the world. Since its founding in 2003, Samaritan's Feet and its partners have served more than 9.7 million people across 109 countries and over 570 U.S. cities.
As part of Sunday's initiative, fans will have the ability to donate $25 to help supply a local student with a pair of socks and shoes.
