EVANSVILLE, Ind. – In his first season at the helm of the University of Evansville men's basketball program, head coach Walter McCarty will challenge his squad with a tough non-conference schedule for the 2018-19 season.
McCarty and the Purple Aces announced the slate on Wednesday and features a challenging road that will lead the team into Missouri Valley Conference play.
"We are very excited about the non-conference schedule, it is going to be a huge challenge for us," McCarty said. "The schedule has a good mix of Power 5 schools and others teams that have done very well in the tournament.
