EVANSVILLE, Ind. - In its third-straight match against an opponent with one or less losses, the University of Evansville men's soccer team travels to Macon, Ga. for a matchup with Mercer on Sunday.
Due to expected inclement weather as a result of Hurricane Florence, the Purple Aces and Bears contest has been moved up to 11 a.m. (CT).
Evansville is coming off a road loss at Northern Kentucky, 3-0, on Tuesday. After a competitive first 23 minutes of action, the Norse opened the scoring with a goal in the 24th minute. The Aces generated a few chances as the first half wound to a close, but UE was kept from tying the match at the half.
