The Purple Aces are coming off an 81-53 road loss to Murray State in Evansville's regular season opener on Wednesday evening. Leading the way for Evansville, freshman Makayla Wallace recorded a team-high 16 points on seven-of-nine shooting from the field. Joining Wallace in double figures was senior Brooke Bishop who tallied 10 points on the evening. Coming off the bench, junior Kaylan Coffman scored six points while adding five rebounds and four blocks in the contest.
