NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State opened the night with a 25-13 win and kept up the intensity on their way to a 3-0 win over the University of Evansville volleyball team on Friday night in Redbird Arena. Tamara Otene paced the Redbirds (15-11, 11-3 MVC) with 13 kills while Kaity Weimerskirch had 11 digs.
