CARBONDALE, Ill. – The men's swimming and diving team continued the 2017 MAC Championship tonight with a renewed energy-- every event but two held a top 16 finisher.
"Today was probably one of the best days we have had at a conference meet," said head coach Rickey Perkins. "We had more individuals score tonight than ever before. The trend of lifetime and season best times continues. I am very happy for the young men on this team."
Juniors Dan O'Brien and Prescott Marcy kicked the evening off with the 100 butterfly consolation final. O'Brien took 12th place with a final time of 49.
