EVANSVILLE, Ind. - A 1991 graduate, University of Evansville men's soccer alumnus Paul Nevin will join manager Gareth Southgate's English national team staff for the month of November.
Currently serving as first team coach for Brighton & Hove Albion, a side in the English Premier League, Nevin received an invite to join the national team staff for a pair of matches in November against the USA and 2018 World Cup runners-up Croatia. Nevin's current position with Brighton & Hove Albion will continue during the stint with the senior national team.
While at UE, Nevin was a member of the Purple Aces' 1990 NCAA Final Four team, scoring 11 goals and recording 22 assists during his career and earning first-team all-region honors in 1988.
