JONESBORO, Ark. - Closing out the tournament, the University of Evansville men's golf team held its position in the final round of the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate at RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Ark.
The Aces finished in 10th at the intercollegiate, carding a 307 as a team on the final day of competition, widening its lead over 11th-place Eastern Illinois. Host Arkansas State captured the team-title, concluding the tournament with a 16-stroke advantage over second-place ULM.
Senior Noah Reese led the way for Evansville, finishing in 37th in the 67-golfer field. Reese recorded a five-over 77 in the final round, remaining consistent with a three-round total of 228 (76-75-77).
