LEXINGTON, Ky. – For the first time in University of Evansville men's basketball history, the Purple Aces have defeated the top ranked team in the land as UE earned a 67-64 win against the University of Kentucky on Tuesday night at Rupp Arena. The win also had major significance in Missouri Valley Conference history as the victory was the first time a member school defeated a top-ranked non-conference team on the road.
