Evansville, Ind. - Senior midfielder Ian McGrath of the University of Evansville men's soccer team has been selected as a second-team preseason all-America selection by College Soccer News.
Following a junior campaign in 2016 that saw the New Lenox, Illinois native lead the Aces with a team-high 11 goals and 24 points, McGrath was tabbed by College Soccer News as a second-team preseason all-America selection. The senior is one of just two Missouri Valley Conference men's soccer student-athletes to be named among the three preseason all-America teams, joining Loyola defender Grant Stoneman who was also named to the second team.
