Box Score DES MOINES, Iowa - After falling behind early, the University of Evansville men's soccer team battled back, but fell on the road to Drake, 2-1, in Missouri Valley Conference action at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.
"Every game in The Valley is a battle, especially those on the road," said Aces head men's soccer coach Marshall Ray. "We did ourselves no favors today by turning-off on the set piece and conceding an early goal. I do have to give the guys credit for continually fighting and battling and getting ourselves back in the game, but we've got to do a better job and be more intelligent and more switched-on for 90 minutes.
