BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Following a nine-day break for the Thanksgiving holiday, the University of Evansville women's basketball team opens a three-game road trip on Thursday night with a 7 p.m. showdown with Western Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Evansville (2-2) picked up a 79-53 win over Westminster College (Mo.) on November 21, led by a 21-point performance by senior guard Brooke Dossett. The Blue Jays kept pace with the Aces for much of the early portions of the contest before Evansville utilized a 25-10 advantage in the fourth quarter to pull away for the 26-point victory.
