PEORIA, Ill. - In its Missouri Valley Conference opener, the University of Evansville women's basketball team fell to Bradley, 82-51, after a strong first quarter performance on Friday night in Peoria, Ill.
Leading the way for Evansville was freshman Abby Feit, who tallied a team-best 18 points to go along with eight boards, including 15 points in the first half. Feit was accurate in all facets of the game, shooting 46% (6-13) from the field, 60% (3-5) from three, and 75% (3-4) from the line. Also recording impressive performances were junior Lola Bracy (nine points), freshman Jossie Hudson (seven points), and sophomore NaTaya Partee (six points).
