ST. LOUIS – For the second time in her career, University of Evansville sophomore Eryn Gould has garnered Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week accolades on Monday.
Gould had a stellar week for the Purple Aces, batting .444 with a pair of home runs and a .583 on-base percentage to lead UE to a road sweep at Missouri State. Gould was 4-for-9 with two homers, seven RBI and four runs scored. She added three walks.
"Eryn had a huge weekend at the plate," Aces head softball coach Mat Mundell said. "She has been locked in for the past few weeks.
