CHICAGO - Despite creating opportunities, the University of Evansville men's soccer team fell to Loyola, 1-0, on Wednesday night in MVC action in Chicago, Ill.
It was an early goal for the Ramblers that propelled them to victory as Aidan Megally sent a shot on-goal in the fourth minute that was saved by Aces goalkeeper Frederik Reimer and rebounded out to Fabian Becerra who finished it past Reimer. Evansville was not without chances in the first half as redshirt freshman Jakub Hall continued his strong form with two first half shots on-goal.
The second half was defensive showcase as both teams combined for just three shots in the final 45 minutes.
