The 2016-17 University of Evansville women's basketball schedule has been finalized with the release of the Missouri Valley Conference slate on Tuesday.
The Purple Aces, who will start the season on November 12 against Cleveland State at the Ford Center, will begin conference play just before the new year, playing host to Indiana State on Dec. 30, which kicks off a home-heavy start to the league season as UE will play five of its first seven games in Evansville.
Following a New Year's Day showdown Loyola, the Aces will spend the second weekend in Iowa for contests against Drake and Northern Iowa before returning home for a three-game stand against Missouri State, Wichita State and Southern Illinois.
