EVANSVILLE — After a 2016 season that culminated in a pair of Missouri Valley Conference tournament victories, the University of Evansville baseball team will be looking to keep the momentum rolling in 2017 as the team unveiled its schedule on Wednesday.
"I feel like we have put together another competitive schedule," UE head coach Wes Carroll said. "It's great to attract such quality opponents to Braun Stadium. We will be tested early and often as we get prepared to play in the Missouri Valley. It is going to be an exciting year of Evansville Baseball."
It will certainly be a challenging start to the 2017 campaign as the Purple Aces will begin with seven consecutive road games.
