Aces women finish first day of Bulldog Invite

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A busy week of action continued on Wednesday as the University of Evansville women's golf squad played the first round of the Bulldog Florida Invitational at Windsor Park.

Kayla Katterhenry had the top day for the Purple Aces, carding an 80 in the first round to sit in a tie for 12^th place. She is five strokes off the lead.

Next for UE was Maria Pickens. A score of 85 in the opening day has her sitting in a tie for 30^th place on the list.
