EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- The University of Evansville women's soccer team finished the regular season with a, 2-0, loss to Loyola, but earned a spot in post season play, Thursday afternoon at McCutchan Stadium.
The Purple Aces battled against the Ramblers for 78 minutes before Loyola found the back of the net. Madison Laudeman scored the go ahead goal off a rebounded attempt to put LU ahead.
Loyola found the net again in the 84th minute to put the match out of reach for the Aces.
The Aces were outshout 16-3 by the Ramblers with Michaela Till making eight saves for UE.
