It’s a difficult time to be an Edmonton Oilers fan right now. I know most of us have heard that line more times than we would care to count over the past decade. The Oilers will be without rookie phenom Connor McDavid for at least another two months and the team has gone 3-8-0 in their past 11 games, falling to last place in the NHL standings. After playing 15 of their first 18 games this season against playoff teams in 2015, the Oilers schedule is finally starting to lighten up and presents an opportunity for them to pick up a few wins.
