There were plenty of highs and lows for the Edmonton Oilers in the first two games of their current four-game home stand, but ultimately they come out with a 1-1-0 record.
After going down 3-0 in the first period to the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night, the Oilers battled back to beat the NHL’s best team 4-3 in dramatic fashion. It was an exciting game for Oilers fans – excluding the first 20 minutes – and a great character win for the orange and blue, though not how Head Coach Todd McLellan and his staff drew it up.
