The Edmonton Oilers have lost their last two games since the firing of Todd McLellan and the hiring of Ken Hitchcock. To anybody who honestly believed that the Oilers would have all their woes erased after that coaching change is sadly mistaken.
Yes, it was a significant change, but the team is still flawed on how it’s still constructed. This still falls on the feet of Peter Chiarelli because he’s solely responsible for how this team is performing so far this season. Anybody with some basic IQ can tell you what’s wrong with the team except the guy who orchestrated it.
