The 23-year-old winger is in his third year with Union College. This season, he has posted 26 goals and 62 points through 38 games. He is a versatile forward who can play the centre or wing, and thankfully for Edmonton, he’s a right-hand shot.
Foo has ties to the Oilers, as he grew up in his hometown of Edmonton. This could draw him toward the team, as could the Oilers’ passion for NCAA players. Edmonton signed Drake Caggiula and Matthew Benning this past year, as well as Condors goaltender Nick Ellis.
