EDMONTON — Brad Hunt, who started the last NHL season on the Edmonton Oilers’ blue-line after an impressive camp, and winger Andrew Miller, who was an instant hit when called up the last few weeks of the season, have signed one-year, two-way contracts.
The 26-year-old players were integral parts of the Oklahoma City Barons’ roster this past season with the puck-moving, power play point-man Hunt making the AHL’s first all-star team off his 51 points in 62 games.
Hunt has 101 points in 128 AHL games over the past two seasons and was a second-team AHL all-star in 2013-2014.
