The Edmonton Oilers may have a free agent on their radar in Milan Lucic, now that he is officially headed to the market. Lucic will not be re-signing with the Los Angeles Kings and will therefore be one of the most popular names available, according to ESPN Insider Pierre LeBrun.

Lucic has been said to show interest in many teams, and one of them has reportedly been the Oilers. Former Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli worked with Lucic in the past, which could draw him to the Oilers. Not to mention, he fits the perfect criteria for the direction that the team is headed in.
