The 25-year-old started off the season battling injury and has only played seven games this season. He managed four hits and a blocked shot in his season debut on Feb. 15.
Still, he has a goal and three points and is a plus-2. Not to mention, Pakarinen has been a huge part of the drive that the fourth line has of late. He has the ability to pick up his game, and adds speed and drive to the game.
The 6-foot-1, 215-pound winger also adds versatility and has the potential to drive to the net. Through using speed and physicality, Pakarinen can balance a solid two-way game and play to his full potential.
